Straight to the point....

I am a HND graduate (of a Nigerian state Polytechnic) and I happened to gain admission in the UK in two different universities. One is offering me a 2-year Masters' course and the other is offering me a 3-year Bsc course. I'm a little bit skeptical about the one to go for.

Which should I go for and why?

It's all depends on the course of study for each of them, but I would advice you do your bsc then do master if you can , cause there are likely chances you would wanna secure a job upon graduation there

You are suppose to go for PGD(post graduate diploma) or PGC(Post graduate certificate).... apply for any of these in universities in the UK.. DON'T GO FOR BSC, it's a waste and more expensive and takes more time...PGD OR PGC CAN BE ONE YEAR OR TWO YEARS AT MOST...good luck

take the two years Masters then...it's better...since it's two years, I think the first year would be like a PGD...then the second year the masters proper..either ways don't go for the BSC..that's a loss for you...good luck

Actually it's not a 2 calendar years, it's juz a year and some months.

What is the important of all this qualications? do want your mind tells you and just save us from all this unnecessary question.

UK isn't like Nigeria, you can run Master with HND without going through PGD. You can even run PhD program with your degree cert. without going through Masters.

School help me, my problem with some of you is you bring everything to internet, mind you , qualifications never define one destiny, if that HND cannot give you what you want BSC cannot give you ... Your problem is low self esteem, who told you, you must have master to become want you want in life.?.. this is the mentality of average Nigerian. Ask Seun if it is qualifications that make who is he now.

Do you even know why he needs it?? So, going for a master's degree is low-self esteem? Na wao.
