There's no problem with the judgement. The section of the electoral act is not in tandem with the constitution. I watched a lawyer explaining this earlier this week, it was so clear.

“In compliance with Article 4.5.1 of the INEC Regulations and Guidelines for the Conduct of Political Party Primaries, a political party that adopts the indirect primary mode, shall make available to the commission not later than seven days to the date of the primary, the list of persons that will form the delegates that are eligible to vote for nomination of the party candidate to contest every elective position.“

APC had already forwarded the list of delegates that will vote in the primary.

According to our electoral law, all political parties shall submit the list of delegates that will vote in any convention, not later than 7 days before the stipulated date.

The electoral act is subject to the constitution at all times. Know this and know peace.

Apc will finish itself totally to present any of its 22 light weight politicians that can not win a polling unit

What are you even saying?? that APC should go and withdraw the list and submit a new one at this injury time?? You don't even know law. I'm 100% certain that if APC tries it, there would be multiple litigation against the party and INEC. The best is to go ahead with the convention.

Even if they had that window, especially with entrenched interests to do so in 2 days is very risky.

Their list is already with INEC, if the judgement is not appealed against, subsequent elections statutory delegates might be included, but for this one, the ship has sailed...unless of course there is another extension
