Please guys, i recently bought a tecno pova 2, now when i record a video my voice isn't loud enough.

Check the settings, it should be there. The videos watched or downloaded on the device, how loud is it or the same sound

videos downloaded are loud but when i record a video of myself or something else the voices are always low. I have tried settings but nothing. Even camera setting

Okay. Have you checked the volume? Have you tried using earpiece as well to see if it's same thing?

Try reducing the volume to 0% while recording.the sounds should come out louder when you increase it while watching.

Side question:how much did you buy it?
