Why Is Osinbajo Quiet Over The Party Crisis? by fyneguy(op): 11:18pm On Jun 06, 2022
The VP or his campaign organization has said nothing about the crisis in his Party.

Is this a show of weakness, which seems to justify why many prefer a stronger Tinubu for the ticket?

Osibanjo is a just a spoiler, what authority or influence does he have in the first place? The only thing that would have worked for him was to secure the president loyalty, but he even failed at that, so why is he still in the race, if not to play spoiler.

You guys should stop talking like this... That man is the VP o!

At this point, I feel Osinbajo and Tinubu needs each other. Else, they just act as spoilers for each other, and that useless thing gets the ticket; which places that terrorist is a vantage position.

They should work together and put egos aside.

Adamu played his game too early. Even if Lawan was Buhari's consensus choice, it shouldn't have come at the time it came.

He should have taken a cue from Tambuwal's decision to step down just few hours to the election.

Osinbajo must be critically studying events as they unfold. By morning, we will know his stand, I believe.

Silence is also golden. The opposition is confused and most times don't know what to think except they see you act.

It is only Tinubu campaign group that has reacted to the alleged imposition of a consensus. No other aspirants has reacted simply because they all entered the race hoping to be the anointing candidate. Osinbajo, Amaechi, Onu, Umahi, etc cannot condemn what they lobbied for.

However, it is not too late for them to drop the hope of anointing and join Tinubu in insisting for the party to do the right thing. A free, fair and credible primary election is the only way out of the political logjam.

He just need to remain quiet for now because the matters arising in the party is only meant for political heavy weight and not for person like him... Moreover, by now he should have seen from hand writing on the wall that they were only pushing him so as to be a spoiler for Tinubu's presidential ambition and to indirectly weaken the south...
I believe he thought at the presidency and party level his name ought to have been ringing bell, but was left in a state of dilemma when hen started hearing news of Ahmad Lawan flying.. WATER DON PASS OSINBAJO's GARRI.
