Buhari doesn't have Parkinson's disease. Buhari didn't use do substance abuse in his youth and adult ages. Buhari doesn't have incontinence. Even not very healthy lifeless Buhari had to help Tinubu hold a flag. Tinubu should be on a daily medical care management.
