Don’t get into war you don’t really understand,” Shaun Pinner tells aspiring foreign mercenaries

Shaun Pinner, a British citizen who fought with the Ukrainian forces and was sentenced to death on Thursday by a court in Donetsk, has issued a stark warning for all foreigners who might be considering joining the fight against Russian troops: “Don’t get into a war you don’t really understand.

Shaun Pinner, his compatriot Aiden Aslin and Moroccan Saadun Ibrahim were found guilty of acting as mercenaries and attempting to seize power by force in the Donetsk People’s Republic. They were also accused of undergoing training in order to carry out terrorist activities on the territory of the state, which was formally recognized by Russia in February.

In an exclusive interview with RT, conducted shortly before the sentence was announced, Pinner called on aspiring mercenaries to accept the fact that they can be put on trial and – in the worst-case scenario – may get a death sentence, and warned them against complaining when it happens.

Pinner revealed that his time in captivity was in many ways an eye-opening experience for him.

Some people do want to be a part of Russia, and you have to accept that,” he said, adding that, now, after he saw Donetsk’s “face,” his “war will be over” no matter what happens to him. He also revealed that he would like to “learn more about the history of both sides.”

Pinner said that his decision to join the Ukrainian military was prompted by several factors: his Ukrainian wife did not want to move to the UK and he could not find a job to support his family. With nine years of service in the British military behind him, Pinner decided to sign a three-year contract with the Ukrainian armed forces which would also provide him with a residency in Ukraine. Being a “patriot of Ukraine,” the Brit decided that it would be a good opportunity for “giving something to Ukraine and, obviously, receiving something back in return.”

He revealed that the standard salary of a contractor at a point of permanent deployment was an amount equivalent to 360 British pounds, which could be raised to around £1,000 for participating in military operations.

According to Pinner, the emphasis of the military training was mainly on “cleaning” and “maintaining military” equipment with not much of actual military training.

There were several foreigners in his unit, the Brit revealed, but three of them deserted last year, “just walked away.”

The active combat service for Pinner did not start till December last year and since February it was “full-on” every day.

Captivity and questioning has been “very very hard” for Pinner, as were solitude and “very confined” conditions. He said that during the questioning he was shown “terrible” photos, allegedly depicting the abuse of Russian prisoners of war by Ukrainian militants.

“I can’t really grumble, I wasn’t shot and I’ve still got all my limbs and my fingers,” the Briton said.

He expressed hope that he and other foreigners who are being tried as mercenaries would be exchanged.

When asked what he’d planned to do after his contract with the Ukrainian military terminated, Pinner said that he and his family intended to move to England and “to start a new life” there.

If you meet a serial killer you will understand how blood intoxicate

Once you start killing people it becomes sweet to you and to hunt down a human being is delicious according to experts

Now USA, nato they drank Afghanistan blood, Iraq blood, Libya and Syria and so many blood it became sweet to them and common, Infact they now turned to mother Russia they thought they will apply the same no fly zone like they did in other countries and kill people like they use to.

It was when putin declared to nuke any one who stands in his way that they woke up from the intoxication they were in

It is not every blood that you can drink that for sure that why they end up catching the serial killer

Oh the west saw in a vision how Russia would destroy their beautiful old city that they built on the back of black slaves

We all saw what Hiroshima and Nagasaki became and Russia has proved to have 800 times powerful devastating energy the same nuke used on those city's

The same way USA ran away from Afghanistan due to the constant death of their military men and the expensive cost of occupation that how they ran away from Ukraine and watched from a distance

Finland should take a lesson from this but they won't because death covers the eye of whom it wants .

Let put a stop to USA hegemony.
And save the world.

Why did US lost in Vietnam War?
The US army had superior conventional weapons but they were ineffective against a country that was not industrialized and an army which employed guerrilla tactics and used the dense jungle as cover.

Shaun Pinner, a British citizen who fought with the Ukrainian forces and was sentenced to death on Thursday by a court in Donetsk, has issued a stark warning for all foreigners who might be considering joining the fight against Russian troops: “Don’t get into a war you don’t really understand.

Ukraine have less than 400 Russians POW while Russia have over 10K Ukrainians POW
Reason, their exchange have been one on one.
Russia will add more if they successfully cut off Ukraine troops in Donetsk

I would like to know the summary abt the U.S vs Japan war. How Japan got defeated. Did Japan fought the U.S alone or both had allies during the war?
during the second world war all d axis power have all surrendered except japan because japanese forces have sworn to fight till the last man standing, they started using a suicide tactics against the allied forces, a single japanese soldier will kill over 200 allied soldiers in a single strike that will also cost him his life by crashing his jet fully loaded with different explosive devices on American battleship which will cause a heavy explosion and also sinking of the ship, with this tactics they killed thousands of allied forces hence the allies nuked them which led to their immediate surrender grin ;DThe Japanese Suicide Attacks of World War 2
Kamikaze!

Kamikaze Pilots being saluted before going to their final attack
Near the end of the war, Japan was struggling to handle all the attacks from the US forces as they were a much bigger nation that was better equipped and that would outnumber the Japanese soldiers. This meant that the Japanese army would have to take some drastic decisions. The disadvantage that the US forces had was that the Japanese army was scattered on the Islands of the pacific, therefore they could only deploy by sea and in some rare occasions parachute (however, only special troops ended up parachuting).

The culture of Japan was full of honour and that any sacrifice would bring a great name to the family of the fallen. This is why the Japanese army decided to create a special aviator squad named “ Tokubetsu Kōgekitai” which translates to special attack unit which would perform the ultimate sacrifice of launching themself with the plane into naval ships. Bombarding was not very efficient as the naval air force was standing strong and the US battleships were heavily enforced with anti-aircraft guns.

USS Texas Know to be the most heavily weaponized anti-aircraft battleship
This suicidal attack was named “Kamikaze” which translates to the divine wind or spirit wind. This attack was mostly used in 1945, the late period of world war 2 in the effort to slow down the reinforcements as well as the supply line for the allied army in the pacific.

It has been estimated by historians that around 3,800 Japanese pilots have committed this suicidal attack. They are also estimating that around 7,000 allied naval personal have been killed by kamikaze attacks. Many have feared these attacks as the allied seen the kamikaze aircraft like a pilot-guided missile.

Mitsubishi Zero A6M5 getting prepared for a Kamikaze attack
The main aircraft to be used for Kamikaze attacks was the Mitsubishi Zero A6M5 and the A6M2 as they were the most produced Japanese fighters at the time. The planes were given an extra fuel tank not only because the targets were quite a far flight away but also so that they have some fuel upon the crash to cause a much bigger explosion. The pilots were also instructed to crash into the body tank of a vessel, that is the main fuel tank of a vessel so it was just the sweet spot to blow up the whole ship.

As most of the attacks were performed right from above, they were coming at a very high speed which gave very little time for the anti-aircraft guns to stop them. The most interesting thing is the pilots themselves, many chose to name them future samurais because of their lack of fear and great courage.

Young Kamikaze pilots during training
For them, it was all about bringing the most honour to their family as honour is what is of most value in the Japanese culture. A quite sad fact is that most of the pilots that took part in the Kamikaze attacks were between the age of 17–25 years old. The reason for this is because the Japanese army was keeping the more experienced pilots for dogfighting as well as bombardments.

Another interesting fact is that Captain Motoharu Okamura which was the head of aviation in Japan at the time referred to the kamikaze pilots as a “swarm of bees” because they were like just bees after a bee stings it dies.
