well you have nothing to loose by applying. Appliction on its own is a full time job. Your CV must be good with github repos. Also think of doing Service based app like school management system, hospital booking system, shop management, hotel booking. Because remote jobs like commercial

Stop wasting your time looking for someone to build a website for. django itself is high demand. be patient, learn it very well(MVT, testing, auth, db, orm, drf, email ...) brush up your python, pick up a frontend language, build more project, shine your github and apply for remote work
