ygowon:I'm not sure if Nigerans know that Peter Obi is a marketing consultant by profession and that these brands he "brought" to Nigeria including Heinz, Ovaltine, International Breweries etc were through marketing consultation contracts. If a man can take an unknown foreign brand like Heinz and Ovaltine and make them household names in Nigeria, you gotta appreciate his capacity to build structures at scale. Nigerians will understand what structure truly means when the |

Amumaigwe:In you mind, after doing all this, youthink something will magically change the evil people into good abi? I do not have such time to spare. Obi was part of them only as recent as two months ago. Do you mean he became a saint all of a sudden these two months? The people in LP, are they saints? did they not just finish fighting for power in LP? Do you know what he offered the earlier people in LP to allow him run in this short notice? A good workman will work with any tool and not blame his tools. PDP remains his best shot. A statement that doesn't win an election or make any impact, is that one statement? Do you know what those panelists on TV do when they come and talk and talk each time Fulanis and bandits kill people but with no tangible action to stop it? They make statements! Useless statements with no impact. Enough is enough of useless statements, worse is the one that may span another 8 yrs! I want to make an impact even with a party worse than PDP. After all, the people are what make a party good or bad and both Obi and the LP are not a saints. A party that cannot boast of a single state governor? Tah! |

PrinceOfLagos:Me too, key stakeholders are now backing him and he is now looking like the leader that Nigeria needs right now. Tinubu might just put Yoruba off and force them to support Peter Obi, we can't afford to waste another four years with Atiku and Tinubu. |

Omoluabi16:Ironically I am a Yoruba but my full support is for Peter Obi because I think he can do well with the economy but my only concern has always been the case of insecurity. He may not have the will to deal with that. |

PrinceOfLagos:He don't even have to be the Barack Obama of our time if Nigeria is a sane and not a senile country. I don't know if he has the charisma or wherewithal but I 'll take my chances with him over the two proven treasury looters who would do nothing more than private Nigeria's commonwealth to their cronies and families. Wake up Naija. |
