One thing many persons don't know about this election is that very many are likely to vote, much more than ever before.

150m voted in America in 2020. That's almost 100% of their adult, active population. Developed countries vote. If Nigerians want to consider themselves developed they must all vote. Every person that doesn't vote is a fourth class citizen.

Awolowo tried that nonsense in 1979 when he ran against Shagari (his running mate was Philip Umeadi), yet Ibos still didn't vote for him. He probably thought such a stupid move would endear him to Ibo people but it didn't. If Tinubu tries such foolishness, Yoruba people would swear for him (and rightly so too) because it's bound to fail.
