ajabani4allah:Get official ROM from Umidigi community website....... Take note of your present ROM and download a different ROM version...... Process to reload the ROM, is clearly stated on the website..... You only need a laptop and data transfer cable........... |

ajabani4allah:did it fall on a hard surface before this thing started or it just started on it's own. if it started on it's own, it's very much a software issue. you have to reflash the ROM. some of the Operating system files might be corrupted. check your phone power button if it's not pressed inside |

lilachiever:Not yet... AliExpress suggested a full refund and I accepted, but the seller rejected it. They suggested it the second time, and I accepted...seller still rejected. So am waiting for their final decision |

I bought umidigi a11 yesterday. When I power it off and on it again, then it bring the welcoming and go blank, I reset it and it work perfectly again until I off the phone again then it happens again. Pls I need help |
