Please what can be the cause of waist pain?

Someone told me that it's an STD ,
Another told me that it's too much stress that cause it. Im feeling serious pain , help me please

25yrs.but I don't drink sugary drinks and please what can be the remedy?

in my case, it was posture from a cushion I bought abroad.

Was thinking it was some very severe things that I spent over 200k on tests only to detect it was posture.
