What are the constitutional provisions for the transmission of power from the governor to the deputy?

Since you are trying to quote the law, who is the governor of a state supposed to be loyal to? Who did he swear to when he took his oath of office?

Sanwo-Olu has abandoned governance for Tinubu’s campaign -Adegboruwa

Legal practitioner, Ebun-Olu Adegboruwa has said Lagos Governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu has abandoned his official duties.

He noted that since the All Progressives Congress (APC) presidential candidate, Bola Tinubu joined the race, Sanwo-Olu has abandoned governance.

In a statement on Saturday, the Senior Advocate of Nigeria (SAN) said the Lagos helmsman now acts as Tinubu’s “unofficial campaign manager, media strategist and personal anchorman”.
