i traveled home recently and saw the bad condition of MCC Road, I couldn't help but shed tears. why should such a road be so destroyed.

I just weak for this people TVC, Channels etc are what the Yorubas are using to sell their ideas to us All. Igbo man and radio i no understand. Common standard T.V station like channel, Silverbird or Arise etc can serve.

You should work towards attracting one, Radio station is not bad at all, but we need a standard TV station.

Anyway investment in any form is welcomed so far as it employs one or two individuals am okay with that.

Sure though there's a private television station called Zanders Tv in Owerri, but very small.

Baba try to visit that Akachi tower area and get us some details.

Me if I have money, I will build a 15floor highrise commercial building around Wetheral Akachi road district. The ROI will be massive cos many new companies are coming up along Aba road, Naze, Airport road and the need for decent office space and banking space is increasing by the day

We shouldn't take what we do here for granted. You all noticed that the suggestion to convert Akachi tower to a recreation center with mall came from this our little space

In my view i believe Imo state need to invest in the hospitality sector very well many people come to owerri to have a good time if they can capitalize on it the igr of this state would boom , build more pleasure parks where youths can hangout and have good time and have fun, fully utilize oguta lake by bringing cruise boats and other things let spread developments away from Owerri to other places

the transportation business in imo state needs to be looked into they is money there I don't know why they are building a mall in ekonuwa market at Douglas tho it's not needed at all they need to discongest that Douglas market its making Owerri so dirty and criminals are back there .

You're super right especially on transportation sector is largely undeveloped, opportunities are in intracity luxurious buses, multi level car park, bus terminals etc .

But coming to the new market at Douglas, I won't fault it, only that after completion, the market should be heavily organized.

Tourism sector opportunities is limitless, what crystal lake resort is doing on its small way is worthy of emulation, people now leave Owerri to Oguta for holidays.
Apart from recreation park, I will suggest strongly a water park it will make Owerri stand out city in the tourism industry.
