All Progressive Grand Alliance had no single structure in any Local government in Anambra State before the emergence of Peter Obi as a governor of Anambra State.. The then leading parties were People Democratic Party ( PDP) and Alliance For Democracy ( AD)... If Peter Obi could achieve that when Nigeria was in darkness concerning transparency in voting process, how much more now our democracy, vote counting and electioneering process has improved ?
