Chief, please check the specs sheet of your pump.

D.C 24volts 370Amps is just not possible for a d.c submersible pump.
Can you imagine the cable gauge size that will able to deliver 370Amps.

I think you meant 370Watts...

Because If you're saying that a (500 - 750) watts solar panel delivering 16 amps will run the pump,
then the assumption that the pump is 370 watts rated is proven:
P = I ×V
370 Watt = ? Amps X 24Volts
Amps = 370 Watt ÷24 volts
Amps = 15.41
approximately = 16 Amps.
