The dynamics of the current Nigerian financial situation has me scratching my head. I can weather it out but I feel for the average Nigerian citizen on a fixed income.

I used to hear the noise of all kinds of generators in my neighbourhood but I think only me and one other neighbor runs generator anymore.

But I will give it to Nigerians for uikding tenacity. People are still building.

Naija’s problem has never been money, just greed and an inequality that’s unconscionable. A few have everything the masses don’t and more but they have weaponized poverty against the majority.

True talk ooo, when people complain in Naija about their leaders I laugh. Many forget power to change is with them, but never participate in the process. For those social media voters here is another opportunity to make change If you believe your vote doesn't count. Please do yourself a fervor this time and vote. My younger brother's media production studio was broken into a short while ago even though he installed CCTVs in specific areas, they wore face caps and sprayed the cameras.

They broke the fiber or is it copper door leading to his office which served as their entrance to the rest of the offices.

Came through the fence shared with a school, stole alot of stuffs (TVs, CPUs, Lens, Camera etc but left some in the next building (Too much to carry without being detected.)

They even stole flower vases

Why the long epistle?

Saw the copper door and got questions all over.

The door is said to be a security door but they broke and gained entrance through the locks.. How come?

I gave him some advices going forward but what extra security action should he take internally?

(He has entered agreement with some OPC guys in the area but I told him he needs to watch the watchers too).

How best can he secure his business?

Security is layered. He got CCTV, was the CCTV monitored? If it was not monitored, does it have AI capabilities that can send alerts (emails, SMS and notifications to your mobile device) the moment it picks up a person or vehicle within certain strange times and automatically turn on the building wide alarm system?? Did he have an arrangement for law enforcement to storm the place in the event of an intrusion in an unholy hour? Did he have onsite physical security

Just thinking aloud.

Assuming House owner buys all the materials needed.
Depending on the complexity of the house design,

An Engineer using his own dumpy level might charge you up to 50,000.

A bricklayer should charge between 20,000 - 30,000.

For this one, you only need max 20 tonnes of granite, 20t of sand and 40 - 50 bags of cement..
