Ngl, most time I dont blame folks who collect palliative in exchange for vote, poverty In rural area is at peak take a look at some of the pictures from ekiti elections for example, someone on a 20k monthly salary with expenses of over 30k per month is given 15k in the space of 10mins in exchange for his thumb, how won't you expect that person to vote for you , popularity doesn't win you election in Nigeria just solve a Nigerian man problem in the space of minutes to win his heart.....poverty is the number one tool politicians keep using and that why we're still where we are today, funny thing is that most people in rural areas dont even have access to internet lol |
