There is something called healthy criticism. It's very essential for a democratic nation. Mbaka criticised GEJ, Obi in 2019 and later on Buhari. His church was never closed... But this is not criticism, he practically declared that Obi can never be president... For reasons best known to him. He is maligning the person of obi.
