Someone shared a picture some months back on a different way to cover block walls with sand, cement and paint instead of the conventional plastering.

I am looking for contact of people who do such jobs with Sango ota or Lagos.

I hope our professionals watch this video to compare with their finishing. Nothing is impossible in Nigeria, please look around you will see many that are 100x better. Bring your design they will build it for you, even if you want it built for you on lake they will. Not bad with that price in Philippine less then $47k, or less then 29millon, don't be surprised that amount wont buy you land in some lactation in Lagos. Good luck.

The picture of the "German floor" or the scope of work. For you to get the right advice, the scope and type of work should not be confused. Are you now doing flooring or German floor? The two are radically different.

They have not started cos I have not bought materials... I guess it's concrete flooring just like KO said here because German floor is only done during foundation stage (my understanding from his reply).. I only called it German floor cos my engineer called it German floor.

Looks like dirt to me. If it's a bungalow, get up there with a ladder and try cleaning it with a wet mop stick. If it wipes off, then you have your answer.

It is easier to have someone go up there and check.
Like someone mentioned earlier, the qualities of roofing sheets are different. Some have less aluminum but more zinc/iron which are prone to rust.

Another thing I noticed from the picture is that what you have is corrugated roofing sheet and the vegetation around there. Leafs could corrode the roofs fast.

Well, NL, I am still at it with Adedward, the Aluminium guy, this guy honestly, is a perpetual liar! He needed to replace the net on the windows (his own suggestion) he collected 55k over a month, he was suppose to go the past two week, it’s been one story after another, just yesterday he texted me and said his boys were on their way to the site, till now no one has showed up! He, by far has been the worse person to deal with for me on this project! Lies, lies, lies!!!
