Now I get you. Why is the engineer calling it a German floor. Hope there is no hanky panky. They shouldn't be calling it German floor. Just make sure you are not getting a quote for German floor only to end up doing flooring. The difference in price is considerable.

Again since you are doing flooring, that measurement you gave earlier may be overstated. Flooring area is considerably smaller than German floor area for the same built. Just be aware of the fine details and you will be good.

One aluminium guy just duped my brother. He was contracted to do the aluminium windows of a house and he was paid for TOWER aluminium. The guy used IMPORTED aluminium, not even THICK IMPORTED. He is on the run now.
Let me suggest a possible solution to you if you wish. I have one guy who does aluminium works. I will personally pay him to do your work (if the money isn't much) and you ONLY pay me back after he's done. The guy is idris by name and his rating is 10/10. He did the aluminium windows of my houses. It's one of the ways i try 2 help young guys trying to make a legitimate living. Escrow applies.

Looks like dirt to me. If it's a bungalow, get up there with a ladder and try cleaning it with a wet mop stick. If it wipes off, then you have your answer.

Like someone mentioned earlier, the qualities of roofing sheets are different. Some have less aluminum but more zinc/iron which are prone to rust.

Another thing I noticed from the picture is that what you have is corrugated roofing sheet and the vegetation around there. Leafs could corrode the roofs fast.

Scroll back the pages and read this clients frustration, imagine giving someone contract of 7m and still be his mentor and the guy chooses to throw all that down the drain. Please tell me with attitude like this how will they excel in the line of business they choose. Many of them forget referral is more powerful than advertisement.

All those lousy artisans is the reason I stayed away from recommending people nowadays. We have some useless artisans both online here and offline.
