You only need your BVN to verify your Barter Account, but in the case of an appeal, all you need do is send an email to hi@flutterwavego.com with the transaction details, and a clear selfie photo of yourself holding a valid means of ID. And yeah, your pvc would suffice.

They are short of staffs as I've seen it. They halted operations in some of their outlets and I don't know why. Their staff confirmed it but never gave the reason for the closure.

People of God it is not speedaf that clears at the custom it is Ali Express. From what have gathered so far in issues like this, they only deliver they do not clear. they do not even ship outside Nigeria. Cause when i wanted to ship outside country they told me they only ship within Nigeria for now.
