The (UPU) Urhobo progress union,the umbrella body of the urhobo ethnic nationality World-wide knowing fully well that it's the turn of their son (an urhobo) to produce the next governorship flag bearer under the PDP zoning formular,they decided to embark on a wide consultation to choose a suitable candidate for the job which they made known to the governor.But,Okowa, being what he is,betrayed the trust reposed on him with with much disrespect to the Urhobo nation.he supported someone that is not fit and suitable for the job.This is an affront on the urhobos and a diservice to all Deltan.
