Mostly this current English players, they do little and get hyped by the media which get to their head and they start acting unserious. Rice is kind of a dedicated and disciplined player though, I see that type of Henderson leadership and discipline in him. I will be glad if we sign him for a reasonable fee, he is worth the risk. Tuchel can improve his tactical side of the game too.
