Area inbound means your item is ready for delivery. From the screenshot I can see something like "Abnormal Delivery" , some site will use "Unsuccessful Delivery attempt", which means that the dispatcher couldn't locate your address.

Why not visit the local post office and seek for your item because I believe it should be there.

Sorry about your predicament. I've gotten a refund from Alibaba but not from Alibaba. My seller get small sense, offered to change the faulty product without me putting any official effort. I guess I got lucky, I hate when some sellers tell you to repair things as if Nigeria is like China with loads of bad ass repair people who do cheap repairs. Eg when one of my ebike twist throttle was acting up, contacted one of the seller and he told me to take it to an ebike shop. Lol. How many people use ebikes in Nigeria to warrant a shop and guys capable of running repairs for it? I later found a fix and DIYed the issue. Though the seller later offered a throttle but told me to pay for shipping.

For your case, go ahead and open the dispute. With enough evidence you may just win. Just that dispute resolution is sort of dicey in Alibaba when compared to AliExpress. But I no longer do business with sellers at Zhèjiāng Province, I prefer sellers from Guǎngdōng Province. Guangdong sellers has higher quality product and more quality, which often comes at a slightly higher cost, compared to the often lower quality product from the Zhejiang province. I learned this lesson the hard way.
