u need at least 1500w or so to grind it very smooth,binatone sells 1500w blender for 60k plus

Did you do a product review before procurement?
How do we assist without specific product picture?

This is the make of my blender but the shape Isn't like this. The mistake I made was that I didn't do my checks before paying for the blender. When my friend saw it, he said the blender is China. That if the blender was truly 550 or 600 watts the wire won't be like that.
