Na Una dey over complicate this thing. Life no hard.

A multiversal being is one who can influence things of significant impact in more than one universe. All this claim and counter claim na waste.

Wanda in MOM was a multiversal being due to the fact that she was influencing things as well destroying things in more than one universe. SIMPLE. With the logic of being able to influence things at the same I'm more than one universe she did it.

The feat of simply destroying every version of the Darkhold in all universes made her Multiversal. Despite that, Multiversal beings have different power scale and sphere of influence.

Na the okoto nonsense feats wey them give Wanda dey make my marvel brothers hurt and no want to accept her as multiversal. grin cheesy

I just perused Marvel's list of multiversal threats, and from what I can tell, a character is deemed a multiversal threat if they have the means to travel to another universe and cause real damage there. According to that description, Wanda poses a multiversal threat, but only because of the power the darkhold has granted her.

Based on what I can discern, most of these characters would not be able to hold their own against some of Earth's finest heroes. They are unique since it is extremely uncommon to be able to navigate the multiverse.

Well, Benedict Cumberbatch is an actor so he will tell you he is doing his job.

Dr Strange is modeled after Alistair Crowley, the founder of the religion of Satanism.

What Marvel is doing is essentially blurring the lines between good and evil by telling us we can use demonic practices to vanquish evil. The character uses a book written by a demon to defeat a demons. I mean, seriously?
Well you're a Christian so I don't expect you to be familiar with the teachings of Ordo Templi Orientis. Lol.

You're right in a way about the occult symbols in Multiple Verse of Madness. I didn't even look in that direction until when Doctor Strange told Scarlett Witch: "Your children aren't real, you created them with magic, and she replied, it's what every woman does". Now she (Scarlett Witch isn't referring with the magic that ends with a C, she's referring to the magic that ends with a K, so there's a difference between Magic and Magick.

Being a Multiversal being doesn't mean your @ss won't be handed to you by a superhero or being in a lower dimension.

It's like saying Mr Mxyzptlk will defeat Dr Fate just cos he's a Fifth Dimensional Multiversal being. Or saying the same Mxyzptlk will defeat Dr Manhattan with 5D reality warping. grin grin

Oh, I read about Ordo Templi in passing long time ago. Same old same old mystic and occultic shit_.

My antennas started buzzing right from the opening scenes when Stephen changed water to red wine. An occult based character mimicking the first recorded miracle of Jesus Christ, which in a way is a perversion of the event itself because Dr Strange is a wizard, more or less. That was WTF moment for me

Now this is the issue, history is replete with many who were like Jesus ever before Jesus set foot on Earth. Mind you, other religious beliefs will also call Jesus a wizard since he did what normal humans can't. So it's all a matter of perspective.

Did you forget in the old Testament Elijah ran faster than a chariot? That was the fastest moving thing at that time. Also, in Superman, the first movie that starred Christopher Reeves, he ran faster than a train. So if he (Superman) had been dubbed a wizard, I'm sure he wouldn't have been much accepted today.

Perspective is key. What's occult to you isn't to another.

Wanda isn't multiversal.

For you to be Universal you need to be able to destroy or create an entire universe.

Look at the God of Abraham, he is universal because he can destroy and create an entire universe.

Going by your logic, multiversal Wanda can just tell God, what mouth?, and defeat him.

An example of a true multiversal being is Zeno from Dragon ball, he erased over 5 universe, along with the Gods in it.

There's something called dimension teiring.

We humans are 3D, so how powerful is a 4D, a 4D can destroy the entire time space of a universe, this is possible because the universe is made up of 3 dimensional space.

Hence, a lower dimensional being cannot even interact with a higher dimensional being.

All these ones na mental gymnastics. undecided lol, there are many instances in comics where a 3D character has interacted with 5D beings.
You still haven't answered my question.
I'm assuming you have some significant comic knowledge.

So I'm asking you categorically, is Mr Mxyzptlk stomping Dr Manhattan since the Imp is a 5 Dimensional being??

"Glamour Girls" (2022)

This was a cascading hot mess and utter garbage.

Nollywood has been revisiting old classics and trying to bring them back to screen with a modern twist and all have been a total fail from "Living in Bondage" to "Nneka the pretty serpent" and this is the latest.
This was a total misfire which came at an expensive cost with the props and scenes used in it. The plot was so disjointed and incoherent that i had a headache trying to figure out what was going on and i barely manage to get to the end which left me with more questions than answers.
Giving...The movie used some of the best visuals in recent time in this clime with excellent design set and locations which produced a stunning cinematography. It had good soundtracks too.
But the general editing especially the sound mixing was a total mess, it was so repulsive, it saddled with lot of background noises and one might think the editing was done by an amateur, on a phone and with "Vskit".
The acting and dailogues were so bland, the only person that seemed to know what they were doing in the entire cast was Nse Ikepe-Etim, I'm actually a fan of her craft but even she fell victim to the incoherent plot, the entire thing looked like various skit merged together to make a movie...no flow...no connections riddled with plot holes that at some point i was left wondering if these people were actually serious that this was the final cut of the movie .
Nollywood having the "Netflix money" now should have meant better movies from production, props, costume and most importantly plot, which if the latter is bad, having the others good will have no meaning. Seems the problem here is actually getting good script writers on thier payroll, i know a few writers who have a cache of good stories begging to be picked up by these production companies. These people will rather use the "Netflix money" to assemble an elaborate cast, acquire choice locations and employ the best costume designer to show the flamboyance and "Raz" of the "Nigerian life and lingua" without caring about the story it is trying to tell. I know of an indie writer that pitched a solid script to Mo Abudu for "Chief Daddy 2" , she liked it but did a 360 and thought to herself "script writing is easy, why should i pay"? So she wrote the laziest and incoherent script ever, assembled the "avengers of nollywood" as cast, acquired the best costume designers in the business and "Chief Daddy 2" turned out to be so so bad. This is a perfect example of where Nollywood are at the moment and it's sad for an industry that is about 30 years strong.

Finally "Glamour Girls" (2022) was a total fail that didn't know what story it was trying to tell in the entire runtime of "2hrs:05 mins" and Nollywood is not leaving the trenches any time soon.

Living in bondage remake was good.
The remake for nneka the pretty serpent was ridiculous but was kinda entertaining,The original nneka the pretty serpent was not a good movie and there was not much they could do with the remake.

Dr Strange in The MOM-

A lot of esoteric and highly occultic messages being subliminally passed in this movie.

Asides that, the VFX was topnotch. Arguably one of the best I've seen in quite a while.

Very entertaining, but unsettling because of the messages I was picking up underneath all the chaos. There is a dark side in Hollywood. Don't be fooled by all the glitz and glamour.

I was curious about the movie and all the hype, which is why I watched it, but if you're a serious Christian, I don't recommend this movie because it is twisted and highly demonic.
