I do come across this ads on some websites (It's a banner ads format) mostly in 300x250 pixel, with the link below

My main problem is that, I do not know the ad platform that runs this ads.

Please webmasters can you help a mate? (Below are the ads it usually display, it was previously Paxful before [b]Betking [/b]now)

Look at the two images I attached above in the post.

It used to display Paxful before but now it displays Betking (see naijavibes.com for reference)
