A lot of these trees, especially those that form tunnels or avenues, were specially planted. Even the species and varieties of a lot of trees, shrubs and flowers, came about from crossing them to make something new. What do we make, but rely on what was put there by nature alone? Even that we can't take care of.

I have never seen any tree in Nigeria as pretty as any of these trees. Everything either green, yellow, black or brown.

Try to move around. You will never see most of these if you are stuck to your village.
We have most of these trees here in Nigeria.
The difference may be that the West may gather these trees or shrubs, plant them in a particular large where they will be taken care of by professional Horticulturists.
