My sister stop operated her fidelity bank account for almost 3years now due to the fact that her job doesn't give her chances & she has been worried that the account might be dormant, govt or bank insiders would tempered with the money ( 600, 000 Naira).

yesterday she finally took permission @her workplace went to the bank & they told her that there's no more money in her bank account they even showed her to confirmed that her account is now 00.00.

I asked her the phone number she used to opened the account she said she is no longer using the line again & she doesnt know where the line is.

What could have happened to the money
Please house doesn't anybody know the next step she could take to recover her money.
