And in that formation there's no attacking midfielder, it's a 2 pivot midfield which hojbjerg and bissouma/bentacur are sure of starting berths. Richarlison won't be an outright starter for spurs, unless one of the front 3 loses form or get injured.

the point is Barca's offer must be bigger than Chelsea's. Meaning they have to bid something more than £55m + £5m add one, even if it is £56m + £5m

Chelsea are willing to pay most upfront which will give Leeds ammunition to go into the transfer market. Barca wants to do installments I guess.
