Ngolo Kante is clear ahead of others, to win premier league best player in the time Hazard, Harry Kane, Aguero were tearing nets? Coupled with the fact he won World cup with France and was very essential part of the squad. Don't let me talk about UCL triumph with Chelsea where he was Man of the match from Semi finals both legs to final against Madrid.
