You are trying to be clever by half. I don't need any special knowledge. As soon as I see what multiple sources (including SkySports etc) are saying a player is to earn after tax in the UK, I can have a rough estimate of what they earn before it.

Its not about the club but country. South Americans see Spain as their European home, they rarely feel home sick when they are in Spain due to similarity in culture. This is why Barca and Madrid will keep on getting the best South American players. Another country close to Spain in their heart is Italy. If you’ve lived in Europe you will understand me better.
