Please help me out, I was trying to order Samsung galaxy m20 lcd screen replacement, anytime I tried to pay, the payment wouldn't go through, it will say I should contact my bank, I went to my bank which is zenith bank, I complained, they say I should go and use it, I tried it again, same thing keep happening.

I don't know, is it that I can't buy anything more than 5k with the card? Because if I try to buy anything less than 5k it will accept.

I need someone to help me out, I don't know what else to do, I need to replace the screen and the price that they are calling here is too high couple with the fact that, they don't have m20 screen, what they have is a20.

Zenith exchange rate is N494 and dollar limit is $20, maybe ur purchase has exceeded the limit.

Also take into account past transactions, if they amount to the dollar limit for last month.

Maybe you bank don't have enough dollar for forex. Just try again some other time maybe on Monday. once had the same issue with First bank. Most bank limit is $20 though

Perhaps, the bold portion explains why I could only do a $5.75 transaction last month. Everything higher was rejected. Yet, Zenith Bank support simply claimed that the limit was still $20 and offered no further help.

Is it the money shown in Naira on the AliExpress app that will be deducted from my account when making payment or my bank will recalculate it...... because on the app it not show the money in dollars but in Naira.....i will be ordering laptop motherboard this week and i wan to be sure if the exact money will be deducted.....
