I have just opened an account with a fin-company, and this is part of the terms and conditions. The account is soppose to be for savings with some interest. Could this just mean that I can be stopped from accessing my money and loose it all at the company's discretion?

Fintechs are not banks.

CBN giving them license to open accounts is shabby

They can lock shop and run away anytime they like.

People will lose their money.
