Hazard is a talented lad that can excel in any formation and tactics so he doesn’t need Willian’s help, whereas, Salah is mostly a system player and btw, nothing wrong to be a system player, just that as a player you just have to pray to have a coach that believe in you by playing to your strength and build the team around you, also for a club to have a stable coach that play to your strength because system player are easily exposed when there is a frequent change of coaches.
