The city of cape town in South Africa is Africa's third cleanest city, it was once voted as the best city in the world.

Kigali, Rwanda remains the number one cleanest city in Africa, followed by Windhoek, Namibia

To be honest guys, south Africa has world class infrastructure.

Though some people will argue and call it colonial vestige or White man's work.

But let's remember that apartheid regime ended in South Africa a long time ago

I will admit that white folks played enormous and significant role in building south Africa, but we should not use that as an excuse for Nigeria's underdevelopment and poor maintenance culture.

Both the city of Kigali in Rwanda and Windhoek Namibia were built by black people

Black people, stop celebrating white people's city as your achievement. Black people have nothing to do with Cape Town. There is no black built city as beautiful as Cape Town, anywhere in the world.

This is what I saw, but that doesn't validate your claims

Early in the 20th Century Namibia was a German Colony. After the 1st World War it became a League of Nations administered territory. Following the 2nd World War, South Africa administered Namibia, until independence in 1990. Namibia has passed through several distinct stages over the years.

Namibia gained Independence from SA in 1990. Infact, ownership of Walvis bay in Namibia was transferred to Namibia in 1994. All those years white South africams were responsible for the development of every facet of life in Namibia as the colonial masters.

Cleanest indeed , when will you black people stop celebrating the achievement of white people case study the country know as South Africa. Mandela has fight for freedom but there's still more that needs to be done like the neo colonialism which has hold Africa down.
