Please, I am relocating to Mowe /Ibafo as I have been transferred at work. I need advice on:
- Where to get a decent accomodation with light and water .
- Prices
- Pros and cons of residing there.

Please help !

Light is better from arepo to ibafo, light is like 6hrs per week to non existent around mowe, some areas in mowe enjoy electricity Sha.
2bed from 300k per annum depending on how close to Lagos your bus stop is, arepo to ibafo is more expensive at 500k-800k for two bed.
Arepo and Magboro has better main roads.

Pros
Not too congested like Lagos.
Cheaper houses
Cheaper utility bills

Cons
Terrible roads in some areas
Proximity to basic amenities, about 3 police stations for the entire stretch of Wawa to mowe, no government hospitals, private hospitals are in abundance.
You spend more on fixing your cars suspension.
