Engineer Joe Igbokwe was on his Facebook account to react to the mistake Peter Obi made in an old interview he had with Arise news, Joe Igbokwe quoted what Peter Obi said he then reacted to it. In that interview Peter Obi was talking about the health sector in Ghana and the amount that is budgeted for the sector.
