So they want to teell us the escaped prisoners were so daft? How many bookharam are captured? Who should they go after first in a matter of expediency? Escapees or perpetrators? Mumu people, so after the recapture what is the assurance that the prison breakers (bookharam) won't come back when you couldn't trace a single one of them.
