Sterling is business oriented in the last 5 years, but when a team doesn't play well and doesn't create chances, you may need a winger who is good at 1v1 situations to drag the team up the pitch. Some business oriented players become useless when their team cannot get the ball in the box. So all I'm saying is he is robust enough to play in a defensive team if the Chelsea we know default to defensive mode.

Ziyech is an example of a business oriented player who becomes useless unless his team is always attacking cos Ziyech can't really dribble on the run and he's not fast or strong enough to get ball from his own half and reach the opponents box
