That is why the govt came hard on the youth cos that is the only real way to effect change: not a coup by the army but by uprising by the people, the citizens themselves.

Now the same govt is the one encouraging PVC because they know it is their own game and you can't really beat them at it. If PVC was as effective as the popular uprising, they will order the army / terrorists to shoot the youth exactly the same way they did at #EndSARS.
