Start by exposing the terrorists and sponsors within your corridors.... Lead by example. Talk is so cheap with these people... Churning out meaningless messages to the citizens! At the very least, place good bounties on the heads of these terrorists, and see if terrorism won't decrease in less than 6 months. |

Well as someone said on radio this morning, 'that if they are prepared to share their security votes with us....' Sounds funny but in the American wild west of antiquity when intel based law enforcement was non existent (like in Nigeria of today) what local authorities did was simple, put a bounty on them and boom, the bounty hunter industry started and crime took to its heels. Instead of paying kidnappers for peace, why not pay bounty hunters for war.... out of your humongous security votes. Dead or alive, most will be captured. But alas even the whistle blower policy working everywhere in the world suffered catastrophic failure here.... why. The insincerity of the operators. So why will anyone whistle blow on a terrorist. when even a 'peaceful' cannot be exposed successfully (without blow back on the hunter). Like another respondent humorously said again on radio. 'Asking a citizen to whistle-blow on a terrorist is like asking him to go slap the face of a herbalist in his shrine...' When even government security agents cower in the face of resistance, is it him that will go bare-chested.... Another asked what happened to the list sent by the UAE, the allegations made by the late Obadiah Mailafia and of course the much publicized shenanigans of Sheikh Gumi.... all dripping with credible intel the same government has failed to act on. |
