You can’t compare Europe to Africa in terms of football development....Nigeria got into female football early right now we should be one of the best teams in world football if we took football development seriously in this part of the world...our contemporaries in world football are the Americans,Germans,Norwegians,Brazilians,Sweden,and teams like Canada and Denmark,Korea,China to some extent,those were the big girls as far as female football is concerned back then the falcons have been playing in the fifa World Cup since 1991 if I’m not mistaken and we have never played in the semi final second round exit at the last World Cup in France 2019 and 1/4 final appearance where we lost to Brazil in 1991 or something that’s it,even our 2nd round appearance last time out is cos FIFA expanded the women World Cup too if not it would have been a 1st round exit...lol

Coupled with the fact that the falconets have played in two World Cup finals,we just couldn’t replicate the same kinda performances at the highest level or simply build on the strength and success of one of the “ finalist falconets “ teams
Now,we can’t even go toe to toe with the Spanish,French,Netherlands teams that emerged on the world stage say 5-7 years ago our female football has absolutely regressed and the growth has been stunted,development absolutely static!

These girls are more responsible than those useless super chickens

Truth is that Ajibade has a1 goal and 3 assists already...in fact if Kanu had scored a hatrick in this half it would have been a 4th assist for Ajibade...who is playing from the right wing and more like a team player today...knowing they're missing osho whom they all would have been passing to...that's why Kanu should also allow Onumonu to pay in the attack so she can keep dribbling them in the wings

Ajibade should get the WOTM award. Very good display.

At worst, a draw in this game should see us through to the quarter finals , winning the quarter finals is important cos qualifying for semi finals is automatically ticket for women world cup

It's a derby...their fellow big nyash Botsy girls just exposed their game going forward...it's been same old ...same old..
Our girls showed too much respect and lost concentration in our match with them......
