This one is a political jobber.

Some of these people are usually sent on missions and once the missions have been achieved, they return to base.
That aside, most of these politicians, like you and myself put their interest first, followed by any other interest you can think of. Politics is their career and not taken decision, delay in taking decision, failure to reverse, wrong decision or combination of two or more of these can ruined their career for years or for life.
