However, this should apply to the type of paint you sell or paint of equal standard that has almost the same spread rate.

For paints, that have higher spread rate or lower spread rate, there might be some modifications.

Do you know the sqm of the building.

Am not sure of the exact sqm, but the rooms are of average sizes, just one sitting room, four toilets, store and a kitchen. Although all toilets, kitchen, store and balcony are fully tiled.

Going the present rate and reality, painters charge average of N7500 per room.
Since a drum would be needed for an average room, average rate per drum is N7500.
