That's why I would continue to maintain that VP position is nothing.

The president is a tin god. Osinbajo cannot say or do anything contrary to the position of his boss.

I read somewhere today that Osinbajo was against Muslim Muslim ticket of APC. I wonder what he's done as a Christian VP to protect christians. Under his watch a fellow Redeemer, an evangelist was killed in Kubwa Abuja and he did nothing. What could he have done? Nothing. Many killings. Deborah Samuel was killed and he couldn't arrange to go commiserate with the family. What is VP? Who Christian VP help? The president is the president, he takes responsibility for everything. VP responsibilities should be clearly spelt out in the constitution. Until then VP my foot.

Based on reports, his effort is one of the reasons why the well planned RUGA (in it's extreme form) didn't succeed. The team he supervised with Gov. Umahi came up with NTLP which took the interests of all parties into consideration and made it optional for States.

If we had a Muslim-Muslim ticket, we'll probably all be having Emirates in our LGs now codedly under RUGA.

Our nation has never been so divided on religious and ethnic lines. So sad. That's why it's now an issue. We voted for MKO in 1993 without thinking about faith. There was no reason to be anxious or fearful.
I wish we could go back to the old times when we all lived together in peace and each person practised his/her faith without problems.
