Hello,

Found out a couple of months ago that I have this strong pain in my lower back, waist. It comes and goes and I really struggle going to the toilet, my feaces is always strong and I stress myself to pass them out.

The last time I went to toilet, found out I had pile around my anus.

Please how do I treat this

Any drug I can take?
