With enough determination and skill, every app can be uninstalled.

Sounds like what you are looking for is an MDM. MDM require partnership with the device manufacturers. And manufacturers require a minimum order quantity (some around 50k units of their device). Are you willing to place an order for 50k units?

OP u need to be calming and apply wisdom. I said contact me cos there's a way I can unvail to you to do it without necessarily create an app. You're not looking for an app uninstaller meaning what? Now after a phone is manufacture an Android operating system from a lab is designed for it. Exactly why some phone android operating system will not work on blackberry. Why? Cos operating system are manufacture to be compatible with specific device. I am one million percent sure that those ranting they can do it will only scam you cos doing it is not in the development of an app. It is purely a software engineering not just app developer. I wish you luck since you want to learn the hard way.
