A well structured group as Adamawa Support Atiku have emerged to rally round the People's Democratic Party, PDP, Presidential candidate, His Excellency, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar to win the 2023 election. The group was formed irrespective of party alliances of bonafide sons and daughters of the state to work unity of purpose for Atiku's sake to succeed. Abdullahi Abubakar confided on our Yola correspondent and said is one of the arrow head behind the formation of the group. According to him that they can't go beyond their son regards the issue of the Presidency. "We formed ASA because of Atiku, we can not leave our son at the detriment of anyone outside our state. Beside our son is more fit, capable and most qualified to serve Nigeria better." Abdullahi said Reeling out the core objectives as to mobilize voters of Adamawa irrespective of party affiliation to vote for Atiku Abubakar in the February Presidential Polls. He said the Methodology is to create a platform ASA as a platform to sensitize Adamawa voters on the need to vote Atiku irrespective of Party affiliation. "To develop a database of voters in each of the polling units in the state and to recruit voters in each of the polling unit." He said He further said modalities and strategies are being worked out for membership drive virtually (online) and physically with offices across the 21 local government areas of the state.
