Addiction is a terrible thing, most of them would get arrested back at asewo , beer parlour and SK joint

They were not doing anything good the first time. That's why they were arrested.
They entered prison and were not still doing anything good inside there.
They escaped and have not learnt anything good. So they returned to their old ways.
They now rearrested them again to enter back into prison and STILL not engage in any meaningful activities there.

Wasting tax payers money, money that could have been given to ASUU been budgeted to feed them in prison
